So it's no surprise that Jasmin Walia opted to show off her enviable frame while on holiday last week.
The brunette beauty out her toned physique on display as she strolled along a beach in Dubai with her close friend, Jade.

The 23-year-old looked sensational in a simple navy halter neck bikini which she accessorised with a delicate necklace.

Jasmin wore her locks naturally straight while she sported a light amount of make-up.
The TOWIE starlet seemed in good spirit as she spent the day lazing away with her blonde companion.

Time away from the hustle and bustle of England was just what Jasmin needs as she recovers from her recent rejection from The X-Factor.
The raven-haired beauty auditioned alongside her brother Danny Walia at Arsenal FC's Emirates Stadium in north London.
But sadly things didn't go her way and the aspiring singer ended up sobbing after being dealt four no's by the judges.

Jasmin, however, believes head judge Simon Cowell didn't give her a chance.
She told The Sun: 'Simon did mug me off, I feel like when I was singing I was getting to the chorus, and actually the chorus is the best bit where you can see your vocal ability in the song and when he had stopped me I just thought "oh c***."'
Jasmin will return to Essex as she joins the rest of her co-stars to begin working on the new series of The Only Way Is Essex.
